Can I return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receipt. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
The order must include all necessary parts and components, and the packaging must be undamaged.
The product must have been used in a normal manner, excluding damage caused by improper use.
Products for which hygiene is important must be carefully cleaned before the return process begins.
Any defect in the product must be noticed immediately upon receipt.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
The return will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days and, if the conditions are met, officially acknowledged within that period.
*We reserve the right to refuse a product return if we suspect that they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate the return process. Send an email to info@vesnanakit.com. Make sure the email contains the following information:
Order number
Reason for return request
Photo of the product
Customer's full name
Customer's address.
We will contact you with the return address and explain the next steps in detail. Never send a returned item to the sender; we will send the correct address upon request. You, as the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs of returned products.
A. Terms of Withdrawal – Right to withdraw from the contract
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received or took possession of the last item. To exercise your right to unilateral withdrawal from the contract, you must notify us (Vesna nakit) by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of withdrawal from the contract: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund.
We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the purchase process, such as incorrect addresses or contact information.
